Damania is the active partner and Mr. J.N. Panchal is qualified electrical engineer and is designated as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr. Damania has the Engineering qualification and vast experience in general Electrical field and Mr. Panchal has worked  in Indian Naval Establishment in electrical field for 20 years.

                The Company has been well accepted by the market and is now one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of marine safety equipments. The Company has approval from MMD (Director General of Shipping (DGS), Govt of India) and Indian Navy for manufacture and supply of water activated Batteries with light assemblies, life jacket with light, first aid kit and waterproof torches for liferaft/life boat and other emergency purpose.

The impressive list of clients includes Indian Navy, Mazagon Dock Ltd., Meridian Iflatebles Pvt. Ltd., Essar Shipping Ltd., ONGC Ltd and various liferaft service stations at major ports all over the country.
